Great Sounding vintage Hi Hats from the 1970s, made in Switzerland.
The top cymbal has two tiny cracks, see pictures. I have stopped using them when I discovered the cracks a few years ago… now I feel it‘s a shame they don‘t get used anymore because they do sound awesome.
I believe that the cracks result from edge playing of the quite light and thin top cymbal against the wavy Sound Edge bottom cymbal. If you have someone to drill and/or file the cracks out and you’re a lighter / tip player then you‘ll have a pair of regal sounding Hi Hats!
