Available from June 4th to July 7th, with flexible dates within this period. We are seeking someone who can stay for at least a couple of weeks while we are on vacation. Preference will be given to those who can stay the longest.
The monthly rent is €2,450, which will be adjusted based on the length of your stay.
The apartment is located in Mitte (10115), with the nearest U-Bahn station at Rosenthaler Platz. It is on the first floor, fully furnished, and has one bed (160 cm).
We would like to meet you in person before making a decision. This will allow us to show you the apartment and ensure we both feel comfortable with the arrangement.
