We are renting out the top floor of our single family dwelling (entrance through living area) with bedroom, private full bathroom and small sitting /working room with microwave, fridge and cooking plate and terrace for 1 or 2 persons, total 35m2, available 28.9 to 10.12.

Rent €750 for 28.9-28.11 and extra €350 until Dec 10th, dates and price somewhat flexible.
No extension possible. Rent includes all costs, wlan and bike use. House is shared with two members of our family (men) and a cat who may need your attention. No smoking, no party, no extra guests. Proof of liability insurance required. Also still available July 10-21 for 10 nights for €470.
